In Room 3 we're learning to measure things. So far we've used, feet, hands, string ,rods pencils and now we're using metre rulers. We're learning to use metres and centimetres.

Cory has gone to England. Louis is going to stay in South Africa for three months. Jessica comes from Germany. She has now started school. Noah is from Australia. Kaspar spent two days away from school. Mikayla is going sking in August.

Last week for Samoa we did tapa designs like starfish,coconuts and shells. We learned how to make an umu. An umu is like an oven. Samoa is fun to learn about.

We are talking about measurement in room 3 at the moment. Today we cut a cardboard shape hand out and used it to measure things in the class room.
